This Privacy Policy describes how the ONAIR StandBy app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it on iPhone.
ONAIR StandBy does not run its own servers, does not collect analytics, does not show ads, and does not use third-party tracking SDKs. The only data the App touches is:
App settings (selected sign mode, neon colors, flicker effects, saved presets) are stored using UserDefaults on your device only. They are never transmitted anywhere by the App.
App Group container: ONAIR StandBy shares the settings above between the main app and its StandBy widgets using an iOS App Group, entirely on your own device. This data is never transmitted anywhere.
None of this data identifies you personally, and none of it is sent to us — we do not operate any backend that could receive it.
ONAIR StandBy offers a 7-day free trial followed by an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the App permanently. This is not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. All payment processing and billing is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information (card numbers, billing address, Apple ID, etc.) — that data is processed exclusively by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The trial start date is recorded by Apple as part of your purchase history so it survives reinstalls; we never see it on any server of ours.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since the App stores data only locally on-device and uses no analytics or tracking, no personal information is collected from users of any age.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the new version will be published at the same URL. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
